What is covered under warranty?
  • Warranty is provided to ensure that IoTfiers provides quality products and continue to improve products against general problems.
  • Warranty is provided for all types of manufacturing defects and any damage caused during transit/transport.
  • In case the product is physically damaged during transit, complaint should be registered within 7 days of delivery, after that no warranty claim for transport damage will be covered under warranty.
  • However due to the kind of products we deal in, its very easy to blow up the product due to many reasons like improper signals or power supply etc.(Please read the installation instructions carefully before installation. Any damage arising due to wrong connections is not covered under warranty.)
  • IoTfiers is not responsible for improper installation or carelessness of users while handling the products.
  • Warranty void if seal is broken
How do I claim warranty for the products?

It has been observed that many a times customers do not check the product properly and claim warranty on the fully working product.

We recommend you to please go through the installation link given on box of the product and installation manual thoroughly.

DIY testing and installation videos for most of the products are available on www.iotfiers.com.
In case you find any issue with the product please watch DIY testing videos and go through the FAQ’s (mentioned in each installation link).

In case even after this problem still persists please contact us on whatsapp on 9023202887 or email us at [email protected]. Most probably the problem will be be solved.

Please do not claim warranty until you are very sure that the product is faulty.

What are the warranty terms and conditions?

Terms and Conditions for products with 6 months warranty

1. In case you have received a faulty product or it is damaged within 30 days after delivery, the product will be replaced with a new one.

Procedure:

  • Register a complaint through online formand inform on whatsapp at 9023202887 (10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday Closed). You will be given a complaint number in return.
  • We will dispatch a new device to your address. After dispatch courier details will be shared with you and you need to courier the faulty device to our address. ( Courier charges for the same will be reimbursed to you in this case)

2. In case product is damaged after 31 days to 6 months after delivery, the product will be repaired under warranty.

Procedure:

  • Register a complaint through online form and inform on whatsapp at 9023202887 (10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday Closed). You will be given a complaint number in return.
  • You need to courier the faulty device to our address. (  In case the complaint is within 2 months of delivery of product courier charges for both sides will be borne by our company and if  in case the complaint is after 2 months of delivery of product courier charges for one side will be borne by customer and one side by our company).

Terms and Conditions for products with 12 months warranty

  • We will dispatch a new device to your address. After dispatch courier details will be shared with you and you need to courier the faulty device to our address. ( Courier charges for the same will be reimbursed to you in this case)

2. In case the product is damaged after 31 days to 1 year after delivery, the product will be repaired under warranty.

(In case the complaint is within 4 months of delivery of product courier charges for both sides will be borne by our company and if in case the complaint is after 4 months of delivery of product courier charges for one side will be borne by customer and one side by our company).

How much time will it take to repair the faulty product?

Products returned for repair (Under warranty or out of warranty) are tested only once in a week on Thursday mornings by product developers at IoTfiers to check the nature of the problems and to avoid such problems in future.

If your product reaches to us on Thursday afternoon the product will be checked on next Thursday and then dispatched in a day after succesfull repair.

Is the product repairable if it is out of warranty?

In case your product is damaged after warranty, Don’t worry the product is made in India and completely repairable (Sensors and wire is not repairable).
Procedure:

  • Register a complaint through online form and inform on WhatsApp at 9023202887 (10:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday Closed).
  • You will be given a complaint number in return.
    You need to courier the faulty device to our address. Minor Repair charges and courier charges of both sides has to be borne by customer in this case.
  • Please share the courier details after dispatching the faulty product. Please mention the WhatsApp no and Complaint number on your parcel.
